Who we are
SureRoost is a real estate referral service. We match clients with independent, licensed local real estate agents. SureRoost does not list, buy, sell, or rent property and is not a party to any purchase or sale contract.
No guarantee
We do not guarantee that you will be matched with an agent, that an agent will accept the referral, or that any transaction will close. Agent performance is the responsibility of the independent agent and their brokerage.
SMS consent
By providing your phone number and submitting a form or otherwise requesting contact, you consent to receive SMS messages from SureRoost about your real estate referral request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help. For support, call (336) 404-1933.
Communications
We may contact you by phone, email, or text about your request. You can opt out of texts as described above. Email marketing, if any, will include an unsubscribe link.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SureRoost is not liable for the acts or omissions of third-party agents, brokerages, or service providers, or for any damages arising from a real estate transaction.
